This website is a placeholder store operated by The Line & Co, a South African furniture and décor retailer. The purpose of this site is to allow customers to browse our product range and submit non-binding enquiries. The full e-commerce store is currently under development.
By using this website and submitting an enquiry, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Submitting an enquiry through this website does not constitute a purchase, a binding order, or a reservation of any product. All enquiries are expressions of interest only.
A binding sale is only created when The Line & Co issues a formal written quotation and the customer accepts that quotation in writing, accompanied by the required deposit or payment as specified.
All prices are provided on enquiry and are subject to change without notice. Prices displayed or quoted are in South African Rand (ZAR) and are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. Delivery costs are quoted separately.
The Line & Co reserves the right to amend pricing at any time. A confirmed quotation remains valid for 14 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
All products are subject to availability. Lead times are provided as estimates only and may vary based on current production schedules, material availability, and delivery logistics. The Line & Co will communicate lead times upon confirmation of your enquiry.
We do not accept liability for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to supplier delays, transport disruptions, or force majeure events.
Custom and bespoke orders are non-refundable once production has commenced. Any changes requested after production has started may incur additional costs. The Line & Co will advise on feasibility and cost before proceeding with any changes.
All content on this website, including images, text, product names, design details, and the overall site design, is the intellectual property of The Line & Co or its suppliers and is protected under applicable South African law.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this site without prior written permission from The Line & Co.
Product images on this site are for illustrative purposes only. Colours, finishes, and proportions may vary slightly from the final delivered product due to differences in screen calibration, photography conditions, and natural material variation (particularly in timber and stone products). We recommend requesting a physical sample or visiting our showroom where possible.
To the fullest extent permitted by South African law, The Line & Co shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of this website or the products purchased from us.
Our liability in any matter is limited to the value of the goods supplied to you in the relevant transaction.
These Terms & Conditions are subject to the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 (CPA) and the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002 (ECTA). Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection legislation.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.
The Line & Co reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be reflected by an updated date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
